Instrumental in the development and rollout of new Point of Sale system and a key driver in the creation and rollout of the Catering Operations Manual for Corner Bakery Cafe.

AREA TRAINING DIRECTOR (SEP 2000 - OCT 2001)

Directed and managed a team of 11 Operations Consultants with a primary focus on standards execution in 2400 QSR restaurants. As a team, we led the implementation of all company initiatives.

FRANCHISE FIELD TRAINING MANAGER (MAY 1998 - SEP 2000)

Worked as a liaison between franchise and corporate on training and compliance systems critical to franchise operations. Developed Franchise Certification Program to implement approved training within franchise units. Recommended and implemented new product roll outs through market classes. Coordinated training efforts towards regional and area meetings along with planning regional and national award banquets.
